MATCH REPORT: AshantiGold 1-2 Elmina Sharks - Sharks end Ashgold unbeaten run

Elmina Sharks ended AshantiGold unbeaten run in the second round of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
 
Obuasi AshantiGold suffered a 2-1 defeat to Elmina Sharks at the Len Clay Stadium.
 
The Shark boys started the game on a note as they ended the first department of the game with two goals lead.
 
Goalkeeper Richard Arthur saved an early penalty kick which was awarded to AshantiGold in the 9th minute.
 
The visitors piled pressure on Coach Akunnor's charges to snatched the opener from the spot.
 
Eric Osei elected himself and neatly converted the penalty kick in the 29th minute of the game.
 
Ten minutes later, Benjamin Tweneboah ended the first half in a 2-0 lead in favour of Elmina Sharks after tapping Felix Addo's cross into the back of the net.
 
Prince Owusu scored the consolation goal for AshantiGold in the second half of the match.
