MATCH REPORT: Eleven Wonders 0-2 Liberty Professionals - Liberty grab first victory of the season

Liberty Professionals picked their first victory in the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League season against Techiman Eleven Wonders on Sunday evening.
 
Techiman Eleven Wonders suffered their second defeat in their debut Ghanaian top-flight campaign as they played away from home due to Television coverage.
 
The Scientific Soccer lads inflicted a 2-0 defeat on Eleven Wonders at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.
 
Liberty could have bagged some goals in the first half of the match but were wasteful as well as the Techiman-based club.
 
Brite Andoh broke the deadlock with a powerful header in the 41st minute to end the first department of the match in a 1-0 win for Liberty Professionals.
 
After recess, Coach Reginald Asante's charges continued piling pressure on the home side as they registered another goal.
 
Salifu Cisse nearly got the equaliser for the 'Sure Wonders' lads but his rebound hit the post after his first attempt being blocked by Michael Ampadu.

A 74th minute goal from Benjamin Eshun sealed their first win in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
 
Techiman Eleven Wonders currently lies 10th position with five points as Liberty remains bottom of the table with four points after match-day five of the Ghana Premier League.
