Sharks owner expresses delight over 'Bakatue Cup' victory

The Bank roller of Elmina Sharks, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom has expressed delight over the victory in the maiden edition of the 2018 Bakatue Festival Cup.
The Elmina-based club drew 1-1 and won 4-2 on penalties in a cagey encounter against their Premier League foes, Hearts of Oak at the Nduom Sports Complex last Sunday.
"I'm very happy for the competitive nature of both teams," Papa Kwesi Nduom told reporters after the game.
"It would've been difficult for someone to predict that it was a friendly match," Nduom said.
He opined that his side should have beaten the Rainbow boys during the regular time.
"Elmina Sharks should have beaten Hearts of Oak in the regular time."
"The game was very entertaining. Both teams played good football and avoided bad tackles," he added.
