HISTORIC: Karela FC qualify to Ghana Premier League

Karela United FC have booked their ticket to the Ghana’s elite division following their heavy home victory over King Faisal in Zone 2 of the GN Bank Division One League on Sunday afternoon.
The Nzema-based club sealed their maiden qualification to the Ghanaian top-flight League after thrashing King Faisal 4-1 at the Cosby Awuah Memorial Park.
Goals from William Mensah, Isaac Aryee, Benjamin Mills and Franklin Osei handed them the famous victory.
With five matches to end the season the Red and White lads have gained their Premiership status ahead of former Ghana Premier League sides New Edubiase, Eleven Wise and Sekondi Hassacas.
