Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko youth player has joined hundreds of Ghanaians in expressing his heartfelt commiserations and condolences to his former club.
 
It will be recalled that, Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Wednesday got involved in an accident on their return to Kumasi after honouring a midweek match against Inter Allies in the Ghanaian capital one casualty was recorded as well as several degree of injuries.
 
Speaking to Kumasi based Ahoto FM, the Greece-based defender, who played for Asante Kotoko during the tenure of Dr. K.K Sarpong before moving abroad was saddened by the unfortunate event and prayed that God grants the playing body, management, technical team a bison-esque to overcome the situation. "I felt very sad when I read about this unfortunate event. It's not easy to overcome such ordeals.I pray that God will grant all involved the strength to thrive in the face of this adversity."
 
He further went ahead to encourage the fans of the club to rally behind the team in their most difficult time. "This is the time the team needs the fans. I know the fans will surely be there for the team as they've always been." He quipped.
 
He seized the opportunity to solidarise with the family of Thomas Asare, the logistics officer who lost his life in the accident. "my condolence to the bereaved family. May the good Lord strengthen them in these challenging moment. "
