Ghanaian defender Andy Yiadom has reportedly told officials of Barnsley that he wants to leave the club this summer.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Oakwell Stadium outfit ahead of the new season.
The former Barnet skipper casted his future at the Championship club into doubt after rejecting the offer a new contract last week.
According to BBC Sports, the Ghana international has signalled his intention to leave Barnsley.
It was believed that clubs including Swansea City, QPR and Reading shown interest in signing the 25-year-old.

He enjoyed an impressive season with Barnsley last term, making 33 league appearances.
Yiadom was a member of the Black Stars of Ghana squad that finished fourth at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
