FIFA U17 World Cup: Ghana's Noah Awuku scores late to power Germany to victory

German-born of Ghanaian descent Noah Awuku was on the score sheet for Germany in the ongoing FIFA U17 World Cup in India.
Germany managed to whip Costa Rica 2-1 at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Saturday morning.
Jann-Fiete Arp snatched the opener for Germany in the 21st minute before Andres Gomez restored the parity after recess.
A 89th minute stunnig strike from a 17-year-old of Ghanaian descent handed the Germans their first victory in the tournament.
He was introduced into the game in the 62nd minute whiles his compatriot John Yeboah lasted for the entire duration of the match.
Awuku is still eligible to play for Ghana despite featuring for the German youth side.
