OFFICIAL: Akwasi Frimpong signs for Hungarian giants Ferencvarosi TC

The stalwart guardsman has completed his switch to the Hungarian top-flight league side, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm.
 
Ghanaian defender Abraham Akwasi Frimpong has officially signed a deal with Ferencvarosi TC.
 
The 25-year-old joined the Green and White lads on a three-year deal from Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade on Saturday afternoon.
 
The club official statement reads "We got the third summer certificate of our football team! Abraham Akwasi Frimpong comes from Serbia's Red Star Belgrade team."
 
He started his youth career at Vicenza in Italy before moving to Serbia in 2011 where he played for Vojvodina and Napredak Krusevac.
 
The Ghana international won the 2017/18 Serbian Super Liga with Red Star Belgrade.
 
Frimpong made 25 appearances with one goal to his credit during his 17 months stay at Red Star Belgrade.
