Benjamin Tetteh joins Sparta Prague

The Ghana youth international has completed his switch to the Czech Republican top-flight club in the ongoing transfer window.

Ghanaian forward Benjamin Tetteh has been signed by Czech First League side Sparta Prague ahead of the new season.

The 21-year-old joined the Generali Arena outfit on a four-year deal from Belgian top-flight giants Standard Liège.

The club official statement reads "Benjamin Tetteh has become the ultimate Sparty player. A twenty-one-year-old footballer who previously worked in the Czech top competition in Slovácko or Bohemians had a summer preparation with Sparta and his transfer to the club was definitively confirmed less than a week before the start of the new competition. Sparta signed a contract for four years."

Tetteh has featured for the Ghana U17 and U20 team.
