Patrick Twumasi suffers injury ahead of Egypt clash

The FC Astana could be miss Ghana's last match in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers due to injury, Kickgh.com can report.
 
Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi picked up an ankle injury during their preparations ahead of Egypt clash.
 
The 23-year-old sustaining the injury during their friendly against lower-tier side Glow Lamp Academy on Thursday afternoon at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
 
The Ghana FA statement reads "The team doctors are working hard to get winger Patrick Twumasi fit for Sunday's match against Egypt."
 
"He suffered an ankle contusion during yesterday's friendly against Glow Lamp Academy."
 
Twumasi had a tremendous season with FC Astana where he helped them to win the Kazakhstan Premier League.
