EXCLUSIVE: AS Monaco join race for Ghana wonderkid Razak Yusif

French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco have reportedly joined the race for Densu Rovers teen sensation Abdul Razak Yusif.
The prodigious 17-year-old is hotly tipped to depart the shores of Ghana with several top European clubs monitoring his progress.
According to Kickgh.com sources, Les Monégasques are ready to rival Deportivo Alaves, Olympique Lyonnais, PSV Eindhoven and Italian champions Juventus after the prodigy emerged as one of the most promising young defenders in Africa.
Yusif played a staring role for Ghana at the 2017 CAF U-17 Championships marshalling his side to a runners-up finish.
He also convinced potential suiters with some sterling performances as Ghana made the quarter-finals of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in India.
AS Monaco have this summer acquired some of the best young talents in Europe and they believe Yusif falls in the category of exciting young talents that they can develop.
Yusif would be the second player to depart Densu Rovers after U-17 teammate Rudolf Blagogee joined Croatian side NK Osijek from the Nsawam based side.
His transfer is expected to be formally announced when he turns 18 next month.
