PREVIEW; MEDEAMA SC VS. WA ALL STARS- the “Yellow and Mauves” targeting a win after two losing streak against rejuvenated champions.

Medeama SC will welcome the defending league champions, Wa All Stars to the Tarkwa T and A Park to honour their match-week-six encounter.

Medeama SC has lost two consecutive games in the Premier League to Liberty Professionals at the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park and to Ebusua Dwarfs at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on the Independence Day.

The lost has pushed them down the league order to the 11th position after impressively picking five points after the first three games of the season.

As they host Wa All Stars at home, they will be working tirelessly to get back to winning ways at the comfort of their home with their teeming supporters behind them.

The priority of the side in this game will be to get all the points which will help them in their mission of getting back to African Club Competition next season by beating Wa All Stars who also made their debut CAF Champions League this year.

Coach Evans Adotey have a full squad at his disposal to select against the “Northern Blues” at Tarkwa with Kwesi Donsu making his season debut for the side last Monday against Dwarfs.

Wa All Stars have not been startling like they did last season at the early start of this season when they lost to Accra Hearts of Oak in their season opener at the Accra Sports Stadium but have picked themselves up from their subsequent games gaining four points afterwards.

The team is still without captain Hafiz Adams who sustained an injury in the early start of the season and is yet to recover for his side but Mumuni Wahidu has slotted in well at his position for the league champions.

Emmanuel Ocran has left the shores of the country to the MLS but will be having Richard Arthur in their folds with in-form David Abagna available for another start against Medeama SC as he has been the engine and driving force of the side this season having already scored thrice with two coming against Bolga All Stars during the midweek.

Maxwell Kweku Andoh remains fit to lead the attacking line from the left for Wa All Stars in ensuring they get a comfortable game against Medeama SC at the Tarkwa and Aboaso Park.
