Daniel Afriyie Barnieh optimistic of victory against CI Kamsar Featured

Hearts of Oak prodigy, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh is very confident they are going to edge out their Guinean counterparts, Club Industriel de Kamsar this Sunday at the Ohene Gyan Stadium.

The 'Phobians' were to honour the first leg in Kamsar last week but game was later rescheduled to be played in a one off in Accra due to the Military coup and political tension that occured in Guinea just recently.

The 26 year old was awesome in the just ended season for Hearts of Oak in their double winning glory, and was part of the selected players that took part in club's unveiling of their new kits for the upcoming season at World Trade centre last Thursday night.
Speaking ahead of their Champions League campaign, the Black Satellites skipper reiterated with so much optimism that, they are going to play their hearts out to grind victory for their supporters knowing how important this fixture mean to them. He said; 
"It’s a special game. It is a one-off game so everyone will play for victory," Barnieh explained.
“We have confidence we can play like it’s a normal game. It’s important of course but in the end, our target is just one target: we need to win the game and advance to the next stage of the competition.”
Hearts of Oak will play CI Kamsar this Sunday in their first preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
