The Black Stars of Ghana will seek revenge against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa this afternoon in a 'win or burst' encounter at the Cape Coast Stadium.

The clash promises to be an exciting and entertaining and a tedious one with the winner advancing into the final hurdle thus the playoff round of the ongoing qualifiers.

Ghana recorded a heartbreaking draw against the Walia Ibexes of Ethiopia last Thursday, after Getaneh Kebede's 72nd minute equaliser cancelled Andre Ayew's first half opener to split the points in Johannesburg.
Meanwhile, South Africa have been on a good run in the ongoing qualifiers as they are yet to loose a game after five matches, recently edging out Zimbabwe narrowly kind courtesy Teboho Mokoena's first half strike.
Hugo Broos men have been in a scintillating form having won their last four consecutive games after drawing their group opener conceding just a goal in the course.
Their win over the Warriors has maintained at the summit of Group G trailing the Black Stars, who will need any form of a win to cruise into the final round with three points.
Coach Milovan Rajevac was hoping Thomas Partey could recover on time for this 'make or break' clash but he couldn't as the Arsenal star continue to remain in the treatment room and is likely he will be fit after the international break.
The challenge for who to lead the Black Stars attack has always been a canker with Richmond Boakye Yiadom likely to have his audition shuttered after a disappointing performance in the last game. 
South Africa will have their full team available for the big game coming up. 
Head coach Hugo Broos prior to the game is very optimistic of beating Ghana by the close of the day to secure qualification into the next stage. He said;
"There is no pressure on us. We are are sure of qualifying tomorrow. Because we didn't play so well last Thursday, we are here to do a good job."
