REPORTS: Ibrahim Salifu doubtful for return encounter against JS Saoura Featured

Hearts of Oak diminutive midfielder, Ibrahim Salifu is very likely to miss their second leg against Algerian side JS Saoura this weekend due to injury, per reports in the local media this morning

The Rainbow side recorded a resounding 2-0 victory over JS Saoura in the first leg of the playoff round of the CAF Confederations Cup.

The 21 year old had a fantastic game against the Eagles last Sunday having netted the first goal and was undoubtedly the creative figure and also the best player in the first half.
However, he sustained an injury in the opening minutes of the second half which had him substituted from the game with his place taken by Isaac Agyenim Boateng who subsequently came in to get their second goal of the day to seal the win.
According to speculations, the ex- Eleven Wonders player is still on scan to determine the extent of his injuries but it has been confirmed he is likely to miss the journey to Béchar for the return encounter.
Hearts of Oak with two goal advantage, will be coming up against Saoura in the second leg this Sunday at the Stade 20 Août 1955
