EXCLUSIVE: Kwame Kizito terminates his contract with Libyan club Al Ittihad

The 2017 WAFU gold medalist has mutually parted ways with the Libyan top-flight club, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm.
Former Accra Hearts of Oak striker Kwame Kizito has terminated his contract with Libyan club Al Ittihad after eight months.
The 22-year-old joined the Tripoli-based club on a three-year deal in January on a free transfer after ending his stay with the Rainbow club.
"Am grateful to play for one of the biggest club in Libya and thanks to the fans for their unflinching support during my stay," Kizito told Kickgh.com
"I terminated my contract with them [Al Ittihad] few days due to the current situation in the country"
Kizito registered seven goals in his 12 appearances for the club and helped them to clinch the Libyan Cup.
He was member of the Black Stars 'B' squad that won the 2017 WAFU Cup which was hosted in Ghana.
Kickgh.com understand that Kizito will joining an European club in the next transfer window.
