Kotoko should work on their centre pair - Kano Pillars coach Ibrahim Musa

Kano Pillars head coach Ibrahim Ahmed Musa believes his side was unlucky not to have scored at least two or three goals against Asante Kotoko in the CAF Champions League.

The centre pair of Emmanuel Agyeman Badu and Habib Mohammed was not flamboyant as expected according to the Nigerian gaffer.

Coach Ibrahim heaped praise on other departments of the Ghana Premier League when addressing the media at the post match conference

"I believe Asante Kotoko can go far because they are a very good side and won't be easy for any side playing them, even in Kano they gave us a very good match"

"But then they need to work on their defence because we scored three goals in Kano from a direct play without set pieces and we were supposed to have scored three goals today if it had been our day"

"The midfield and attack is ok and the full backs too are ok, but they need to work on their centre pair"

Asante Kotoko will host Étoile Sportive du Sahel in the first leg tie between September 13 to 15 and travel to Tunisia for the return leg encounter after fourteen days.
