Second-tier side Young Apostles name ex- Ghana star Sebastian Barnes as Technical Director Featured

First division side, Young Apostles FC have appointed former Ghanaian international Sebastian Barnes as their new Technical Director and European Liason in the ongoing season.

 

The 45 year old having retired from football has now moved into coaching and has featured for clubs like Hearts of Oak, Bayern Leverkusen, Mainz O5 including the Black Starlets and the senior national team during his playing days.

Sebastian Barnes will be stepping in to provide technical guidance to the club and will also serve as the club's intermediary in terms of securing any European relation or partnership. 
 
The club official release reads; "The management of the club is of a firm believe that, your wealth of experience as a professional footballer and coach, is needed to advance our technical capacity, as well as building strong partnerships across Europe. We look forward to working with you."
 
Young Apostles on the other hand, have commenced the 2021/22 Division one league season on a higher having secured a vital draw at Bolga All Stars over the weekend. 
 
They are currently sitting second on the zone one log with 8 points after four matches.
