Dentaa Amoateng hints Kotoko dumping STRIKE for new kit partners Featured

The Porcupine Warriors could announce a new kit Sponsorship deal for their next season's campaign, according to a top management member.


Asante Kotoko diaspora and international relations manager, Dentaa Amoateng MBE has revealed that the club will be announcing lucrative sponsorship deals including a new kit supplier.

The UK-based Ghanaian entrepreneur disclosed in an interview with Nhyira FM that the Kumasi-based club are in advanced talks with some companies to elevate the club's brand.
"Like our CEO [Nana Yaw Amponsah] said we are in advanced talks with English Premier League side over a partnership deal. We're bring a lot of things on board," Dentaa Amoateng told Nhyira FM
"Probably, there will be a new kit Sponsorship deal, so there are a lot of things we are currently looking at the club. We're seriously working"
"There will be something we'll share after the 100 days our boss [Nana Yaw Amponsah] has give us [management team members]"
Asante Kotoko have a three-year deal with Portuguese kit manufacturing company, STRIKE as official kit suppliers.
The deal between the Ghanaian giants and STRIKE will be expiring after the 2021/22 season understands that Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah and his management team are unhappy with the club's contract with the Portuguese kit manufacturing company.
The deal could be terminated by mutual consent in the coming days.
