Each club is billed to receive GH¢50,000.00 from that amount as they are honouring the season with games played behind close doors due to the spread and second spike of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As part of efforts by the Government of Ghana to abait the compelling situation of clubs enduring games without fans which has been a source of livelihood for Ghanaian clubs, it has made provisions to ensure clubs are positioned well to accomplish the 2020/21 season until things get eased.
In a press release from Government, other divisional level will also receive their share of monies from Government as and when their 2020/21 season start, including packages for Asante Kotoko SC and Ashantigold SC who are representing the country in the CAF Champions League and Confederations Cup respectively.
The Ghana Premier League is in its 4th week and five outstanding games to be ayed which have postponed indefinitely by the Ghana Football Association.
