I'm ready to play for the Black Stars - Ibrahim Salifu

Eleven Wonders attacker Ibrahim Salifu has expressed his willingness and readiness to play for the senior national team, Black Stars anytime he's invited.


The former Unistar Academy player disclosed when quizzed in an interview on Zylofon FM that, he is so much ready to represent his country and won't be surprised at all if he's named in Coach CK Akonnor's next call up.

He stated he's never earned a call up Into any of our national teams so far but puffed out with so much confidence that he's ever ready for a call up into the Black Stars at anytime.
"Honestly, I have never gotten a call up into any of our national teams before but I'm ever ready to play for the Black Stars without any fear and panic."
"Looking at my performance so far, I won't be surprised if I see my name in the next Black Stars call up. All I have to do is to continue working hard", he concluded.
The 20 year old has been tremendous in the ongoing season remaining as the only man standing in the Eleven Wonders team leaving him as the number one fan's favourite in Techiman.
With four assists and a goal, Ibrahim Salifu has won five man of the match accolades for himself so far this season notably against heavyweights Aduana Stars, Ashantigold SC and Asante Kotoko in their season opener in Accra.
Also against Ebusua Dwarfs and Karela United in their last game, the former B.A United boy was adjudged best player of all those matches.
