The Porcupine Warriors will lock horns with another difficult side in Berekum Chelsea at the Len Clay Stadium in an epic quarter final tie of the MTN FA Cup.

Coach Mariano Barreto having lost the league to their rivals, has his destiny in his own hands this time as he will have to try any means possible to clinch the league cup to save his reign at Kotoko.

So as the Bibires, who have also not been that impressive in the just ended season after occupying 10th position with 43 points despite the return of most of their veterans prior to the beginning of the season.
Asante Kotoko have been on a good run so far in the FA Cup edging out BYF Academy, Thunderbolt FC before a narrow 2-1 win over Asokwa Deportivo to run to this level of the competition.
Berekum Chelsea however, have been a bit shaky in the tourney picking most of their victories late having relied on penalty shootouts to ditch out lower tier outfit Kintampo FC in the round of 16.
The Portuguese gaffer will welcome the return of these players, Felix Annan and Patrick Asmah having missed their last game due to knocks.
Defender Mubarik Yusif also recovers from the stomach problem and is likely to pair Ganiyu Ismail in the heart of defence today.
Coach Seth Hoffman and  his lads are ever ready and poised to pull a surprise this evening having most of their experience guys like Stephen Sarfo, Richard Kissi Boateng, Kofi Owusu, Abdul Basit and goalkeeper Ernest  Sowah, all available for selection today.
The game will be beamed live on StarTimes App/TV and Adepa TV
