Ghanaian champions Accra Hearts of Oak have lined up two friendly matches, with both games set to be played on Wednesday, September 1, as part of preparations towards their next Africa campaign.

The Rainbow club will come up against second division side Adabraka Welders FC and will wrap up with just-relegated side Inter Allies on the same day at the Legon Ajax Park with the games set to commence at 9:00am.

The double-header friendlies will be Hearts of Oak first preseason matches and coach Samuel Boadu will want to use this to access his players as they very few weeks away to partake in the continent's most elite club competitions.

Meanwhile, Club Industriel de Kamsar despite signing three Ghanaian players, have been in preseason for the past weeks having already played two friendly games and will definitely help them gel very well for the huge task ahead.

Hearts of Oak will travel to Conakry to take on the Crocodiles on September 12, before they journey back to Accra for the return encounter of the first preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
