Hearts of Oak to face Togo champions ASKO KARA in a preparatory friendly Featured

Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak will take on Togo champions ASKO Kara on September 6, in an international friendly in the city of Kara as they continue to prepare for the the huge task in Africa.


The 'Phobians' initially was speculated to have requested for a friendly with Ivorian heavyweights ASEC Mimmosas but ended up at least with an international clash with the current conquerors of the Togolese topflight.

The 'Rainbow Club' are still in serious preseason after edging out lower tier side Adabraka Elders FC in a friendly on Wednesday morning and next up will be against Inter Allies later

The team will depart for Togo right after those friendlies to continue with their preparations where they will be coming up against the champions of Togo who are currently sitting second on their league log before they move to Conakry on September 10 to prepare for the main event.

Hearts of Oak will play as guest to Guinea side Club Industriel de Kamsar in the opening preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
