I’m building a solid team for Ghana - Eric Bekoe Featured

Former Black Stars and Asante Kotoko striker, Eric Bekoe has stated that he is building a team for Ghana and the various football clubs across the globe.

The opulent goal kingpin who is now the head coach of Bono Region based division two side, Nsawkawman FC has been able to qualify his team to the division two middle league in his first coaching stint.


“I am building future stars for Ghana and the various clubs across the globe,” he told Teacher Tay Sports.


“Our target is to qualify the team to the 2021/22 FA Cup. I am two wins from qualification and we will do our best to qualify,” he added.


Bekoe, during his heydays - lasted a season at Asante Kotoko, helping them to win the Premier League, the Presidents Cup and the FA Cup in the 2007/2008 season before leaving to join Egyptian side Petrojet.


The lethal striker became the poster boy of the Porcupine Warriors after emerging as the top scorer with a total of 17 goals in 23 games in the league that year.
