Asante Kotoko management member, Patrick Osei Agyemang has launched a scathing attack on Prosper Narteh Ogum after his decision to quit the club unilaterally.

Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum on Wednesday told the Asante Kotoko's board and management members of his decision to resign from his position after ten months.

Asante Kotoko's communication member said on Adom TV that the club has decided not to engage the 44-year-old trainer to rescind his decision of leaving the Porcupine Warriors.
“We will not beg for his return to the club. He [Prosper Narteh Ogum] opted to disrespect the board of directors during the Wednesday's meeting.” Osei Agyemang said on Adom TV
“His decision has been accepted. People have helped you to enrich your CV by winning a Ghana Premier League title. It was the work of the board and management members that aided him to clinch the league trophy"
“He is a goner, nobody will beg for his return to the club. Kotoko is bigger than everyone, we have seen better coaches like Ernst Middendorp, Maxwell Konadu and Nana Afranie.”
Asante are expected to to start preparations with a new coach for the upcoming season after pulling out of the GHALCA Top Six tournament.
