Fianoo believed the current football chief and his deputy seek their interest at the detriment of the local football.
And that the "FA President (Kwesi Nyantakyi) travels more than pilot".
The 1st Vice President and Executive Committee member of CAF has described Kudjo Fianoo's comment as "pathetic and unfortunate" on his facebook page.
"The chairman of Ghalca, Mr Fianoo is reported to have said that GFA President and his Vice travel more than pilots while making some other disparaging and degrading remarks about the Chairmen of our Regional Football Associations," Nyantakyi wrote.
He continued "Its a notorious fact that the Presidency of the Ghana Football Association is not an executive position that requires the daily presence of the leader to implement decisions taken by its competent bodies".
The owner of the former Ghana premier league champions Wa All Stars, is currently in Europe with Caf president Ahmad Ahmad.
Nyantakyi, who was absent during the 2017/18 Ghana Premier league claimed that the Football Association benefits when he travel to Caf Executive Committee meetings.
"My last trip to the CAF exco meeting in morocco and being part of the CAF delegation to the UEFA congress in Bratislva offered the GFA, CAF and other African FAs direct benefits through my presence".
"Mr Fianoo should kindly concentrate on his job as Ghalca chairman and desist from instigating discontent, hatred, opprobrium and dislike for me," he adviced.
