Coach Kwesi Appiah names Ghana squad to face South Africa today

The head coach of the senior national team of Ghana has announced his team to face South Africa in an international friendly today.

Coach Kwesi Appiah has named a strong starting line up to battle out with the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in their Pre-AFCON friendly.
South Africa based Goalkeeper Richard Ofori will be in the sticks for the team with Lumor Agbenyenu, Andy Yiadom, Kasim Nuhu and John Boye.
Manchester City winger Thomas Agyepong and  Christian Atsu will operate the flanks with Thomas Teye Partey and Kwadwo Asamoah in the middle.
Captain Andre Ayew will also start alongside Jordan Ayew who has been given the nod to lead the attack for the team this afternoon.
The four-time Africa Cup of Nations champions have been paired with Guinea Bissau, Cameroon and Benin in Group F of this year's edition to be staged in Egypt.
Ghana will wrap up their preparations for the 32nd edition of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in a friendly against South Africa in Dubai.
The match will kickoff at 13:30 GMT
