FIFA extends Normalization Committee mandate

The World football governing body has extended the mandate of the Normalization Committee of the Ghana Football Association.

FIFA has handed the Ghana FA Normalization Committee another two-month mandate to steer affairs of the country's football upcoming elections.
The second mandate of the Committee expired on 30th September, 2019 and the new two-month mandate given to them will ran out in November.
The statement from FIFA reads "The Bureau of the FIFA Council has extended the mandate of the GFA Normalisation Committee (NC) to enable the NC supervise the upcoming GFA Elections."
"The second mandate of the Normalisation Committee expired on September 30, 2019."
"However, in view of the upcoming GFA elections, FIFA has extended the Normalisation Committee's mandate up to November 17, 2019 to enable it complete the process of electing a new President and Executive Committee"
