Goal Machine Kwame Poku arrives in Kumasi to complete Kotoko move

The Porcupine Warriors are on the verge of announcing the capture of the budding talented goal poacher for their ongoing campaign.

Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko are set to complete the signing of Nkoranza Warriors striker Kwame Poku for their 2019/20 season.

The 20-year-old has popped up on the radar of the Kumasi-based club as they want to strengthen their upfront following the imminent exit of Songne Yacouba.

According to report filed by Fox FM, the prolific goal poacher has arrived in Kumasi to finalize his move to the 'Kum Apem' lads by the close of the week.

Poku once earned a call-up to the Ghana U20 team but failed to make the final squad for the 2019 Africa Youth Championship staged in Niger.

He scored ten (10) goals for Nkoranza Warriors in their GFA Normalization Committee Special Competition campaign.

Poku was reportedly joining Ashanti Gold SC after the GFA Normalization Committee Special Competition but the deal hit snag.

He was a member of the Ghana U23 team but he was left out for the 2019 Africa U23 Cup of Nations.
