BREAKING: Kotoko announce new home venue for their GPL matches; Check it

Management of Asante Kotoko has chosen the Accra Sports Stadium as our home ground for the rest of the ongoing 2019/2020 season.

The decision to move their home ground from the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi follows the closure of the venue by the National Sports Authority.

General Manager Nana Akwasi Gyambibi was optimistic that the switch would inure to the advantage of the club as we chase Premier League and FA glories this season.

"The Accra Sports Stadium and our huge support base in Accra have always served us well, and we believe strongly that this time would be indifferent."

"We are looking forward to seeing our fans from in and around the Greater Accra Region fill the stands when we start off with Bechem United next week."

In a related development, Management has again selected the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi for our upcoming 1/64 MTN FA Cup clash with Asokwa Deportivo.

Also Kotoko's FA Cup home venue would also be changed to Accra once we progress after the upcoming fixture.
