Youth and Sports Deputy Minister Vincent Oppong Asamoah has served notice that his outfit will deal with the nation's football governing body at the law court come after the end of the December polls.

The outspoken minister says the Ghana FA members can continue with their denigrating comments and aspersions on his boss, but will perspire profusely in due course as his outfit will surely deal with them in the law court after the impending election.

The GFA has been launching verbal tirades on the tough-talking Sports Minister, Hon. Nii Lantey Vanderpuye - with the president of the former labelling him as a "serial caller" whiles others too tag him as a liar.

But his right-hand man has stressed that the FA can continue with their invective attacks with all sort of publications on their websites and will have themselves to blame very soon.

"Let them [Ghana Football Association] continue with their attacks on the Sports Minister. Their time will come at the right time as the law will be taken its toll on them. Those people will have themselves to blame when they are slapped with a massive legal issue in the law court," he told Kumas-based Fox FM.

"Let's wait till the election is over and we shall see where the power lies between both of us. They can continue to insult and attack him [Nii Lantey Vanderpuye] and sholud further on compose denigrating articles on Ghanasoccernet. Their time will come in due course,"

"The Minister can't do anything to them by going to the extent of meting out something awful to them as he has no power in doing so, but the law has the mandate to do so.People will end up cursing themselves come after the election," he added.
