The Portuguese trainer says his side will face Bechem United with a different approach after a draw with Eleven Wonders last weekend.
Asante Kotoko will be hosting the Hunters lads in their match-week 16 outstanding fixture at the Len Clay Stadium on Wednesday.
Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Mariano Barreto has assured the teeming supporters of the club to expect some tactical changes in his charges' style of play against Bechem United.
Though he will be monitoring the game from the stands due to the unavailability of his work permit but Barreto is highly optimistic of a positive result for Asante Kotoko.
Speaking to the club's media team ahead of the game, he shrugged off complacency of underrating Bechem United in tomorrow's clash.
"The most important this now is not looking at the others. Bechem United are performing well and are behind us, but it doesn't mean it's an easy match," Barreto told the club's official website
"It means we must respect them but then must follow our target because we have to look at the top position."
"There will be some changes in our game against Bechem United and I hope the changes can help."
A win over Bechem United in Wednesday's clash will hand Asante Kotoko the second spot on the Ghana Premier League table.
