Inter Allies centre-back Agyemang Badu has insisted they are not going to give up and will continue to fight till the last day in order to survive relegation in the ongoing season despite the struggles the team is going through this season.
The 'Eleven Is To One' lads fell to a narrow 2-1 defeat to Bechem United over the weekend in week 22, giving high stakes to their chances of not surviving in the country's topflight in the ongoing campaign.
In spite of this, the ex- Kotoko defender doesn't want to be part of the squad to take Inter Allies to relegation and has vowed they are going to work extremely hard and offer all what they could to keep the club in the league.
The stalwart defender also added, they are not giving up anytime soon as they will continue to fight until the last day and strongly believe they will prevail despite lying at the buttom of the table with just 16 points. He said
"Until the league ends, we are not giving up the fight. It is lack of understanding that caused our defeat to Bechem United."
“We have to move on and this is not the time to be punished by our mistakes. We have to learn from our mistakes."
“We have to keep working harder to return to winning ways so that we can find our rhythm in the league. It is not over, this is the Ghana premier league and so long as it has not ended, the race is not over."
“We still have to fight and we are fighting till the end of everything.”
The Capelli boys will host Elmina Sharks in an epic match-week 23 fixture at the Theatre of Dreams Park in Dawu.
