Elmina Sharks will have a date with Eleven Wonders in the opening fixture of match-week 29 of the Ghana Premier League this afternoon at the Ohene Ameyaw Akumfi Park.

The 'Fearsome Sharks' season has been somehow shaky in the second round having lost 2-0 to Dreams FC last week in Dawu and will want to return to winning ways having gone four matches without a win.

The 'Sure Wonder' lads having recorded consecutive loses in week 25 and 26, have recovered pulling also a two straight wins in the league against King Faisal, and a 2-1 victory over Bechem United last week.
Elmina Sharks's appalling four game winless run has now dropped them into the relegation zone as they currently sit 16th on the league table with 31 points.
However, Eleven Wonders are two places away from the danger zone with a loss today likely to dip them into the relegation zone- also found 13th on the league log with 33 points.
Both teams have a full strength squad heading into this game as they are no any major injury or suspension concerns in their camp looking poised to battle it out against each other today.
Goalkeeper Lord Bawa Martey, likely to return into the post this afternoon having lost his position to second-choice Michael Blankson since committing that howler against Hearts of Oak in week 25.
Coach Ignatius Osei Fosu will expect nothing but the best from his lads to extend their winning streak to three this afternoon especially attacker Ganiu Abass who was sensational in their last game winning the man of the match accolade.
