Aduana Stars wingback Fatawu AbdulRahman per reports, will be leaving Aduana Stars in January to join Omani topflight side Saham SC to continue with the 2021/22 football season.

The 26 year old initially was expected to make the switch in the summer but due to some issues it has been pushed to the winter of next year having already agreed personal terms with the club.

The mercurial winger will be playing alongside compatriot and Black Stars defender Rashid Sumaila at the Sohar Regional Sports Complex should the move yield something fruitful early next year.

Fatawu AbdulRahman has featured in three matches so far in the season for the 'Ogya' lads having started against Karela United, King Faisal and champions Hearts of Oak.

However, he wasn't spotted in action over the weekend when they recorded their first victory of the season with a 5-1 humiliating win over RTU.

He is expected to rejoin the group and will be available for their Ghana Premier League fixture against Legon Cities FC in the capital this Friday in the opening game of week 5.
