At the Cam Park, Karela returned to the winning column following a 1 game slide with a 1-0 victory over a visiting 'Annor Walker’s-unstable' Great Olympics side.

Faithful Karela fans had to wait well beyond 90 minutes for the winning goal which finally came in the dying embers of the match.

With 43points and lurking on a safe haven (6th spot) on the horizon, the home side won the game courtesy of a Richard Berko’s last minute heart-wrecking goal, which came in the 90+8 minute to seal all three points for Karela United and reinforce their chances to finish in the top four zone on the summit.

Olympics on the other hand dropped to the 7th spot on 43points and will go into their home game against Medeama on Saturday, May 21, as wounded lions at the Accra Sports Stadium.
