Micheal Osei says Black stars, Kotoko friendly will not be competitive

Star Madrid coach Micheal Osei has opined that the friendly encounter between the Black stars and Asante Kotoko will be noncompetitive.

Ghana men's national team will host the Porcupine Warriors in a friendly match on Friday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi after the Black stars 2019 AFCON double-header with Sierra Leone was cancelled by FIFA following a ban on the SLFA.

The former coach of Kotoko, Michael Osei thinks the much-anticipated friendly match will be of low quality and noncompetitive.

"It's a game that will not be competitive. The Black stars is playing this friendly because its been a while they've been to Kumasi," Micheal Osei told Oyerepa FM.

"It's an open game but I don't think the result will be important for both teams. It's just a fine game," he ended.

The four-time AFCON champions will lock horns with the most glamorous club in the country at exactly 16:00 GMT in Kumasi.
