NC Special Cup Report: Berekum Chelsea 1-3 Bechem United - Chelsea struggles continue

Bechem United recorded a famous victory over their regional rivals in the ongoing Normalization Committee Special Competition on Wednesday afternoon.

Berekum Chelsea were inflicted with a 3-1 home loss by Bechem United at the Berekum Golden City Park.
 
The Hunters lads dominated the forest department with much intensified pressure on the home side which earned them two goals before recess.
 
Captain Braimah Foster nearly snatched the lead for Berekum Chelsea but his powerful drive went wide on the seventh minute.
 
Young forward Kojo Owusu Achau fectched the opener for the Bechem-based club with a superb strike on the 11th minute of the game.
 
Bechem United continued their brilliant output with long range passes which resulted them another goal before the half-hour mark.
 
Charles Mensah doubled the score for his side with a cool finish on the 15th minute of the game.
 
The first half ended in a 2-0 win in favor of Bechem United.
 
Thwo goals was recorded after recess as Hope Aveyevu and Francis Twene scored for the two teams.
 
Youngster Hope Aveyevu extended the lead for the Hunters lads with a stunning strike on the 76th minute of the match.
 
Berekum Chelsea grabbed the consolation goal through Francis Twene on the 83rd minute of the game.
