Kotoko yet to hold contract extension talks with Felix Annan; THREE WEEKS left on his contract

The Porcupine Warriors are yet to open contract extension talks with the agile goalkeeper, Kickgh.com can exclusively report.

Asante Kotoko have planned to hold talks with their captain Felix Annan over a new deal ahead of the season with his current contract to ran out in few weeks.
The Kumasi-based club could slide into further disarray if negotiations with their top star is dragged on as he has few weeks left on his current contract.
Kickgh.com understand that the 25-year-old has three weeks left on his contract and eligible to sign a pre-contract with any club.
The management of the club are planning to meet Annan's representative in the hope that the Black Stars goalkeeper extend his stay with the two-time CAF Champions League winners.
He has remained a key figure for the Porcupine Warriors for the past seasons which earned him the captaincy role after Amos Frimpong left the club to join AS Koloum in Guinea.
Annan joined Kotoko during the 2011 season ,and was absolutely difficult to break through the goalkeeping department. But took it cool to wait for his time to understudy the late Soulama Abdullai and Isaac Amoako.
He was loaned to both West Africa Football Academy  (WAFA)and Real Tamale United  (RTU) to shape himself for the bigger test.
His return has been glorious, thus far. And remain undoubtedly the best in the local scene.
Annan is currently a key member of the senior national team of Ghana where he was part of the Ghana squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations staged in Egypt.
