Ghana FA replaces Referee Latif Qadri with Philip Arthur for Dreams FC- Medeama clash at the eleventh hour

The Ghana Football Association has shockingly changed the centre referee for Ghana Premier League week 5 fixture between Dreams FC and Medeama SC

The Referees Committee of the Ghana FA made another change in match officials for a Premiership game with less than 24 hours to the kickoff time of the epic match.
 
Referee Latif Qadri who was announced earlier for the crunchy between Dreams FC and Medeama SC has been replaced by Philip Arthur Forson.
 
The Ghana FA made the substitution of match officials with no explanation.
 
This is the second time a referee appointed to handle a Medeama SC's match has been changed at the eleventh hour.
 
In match-day four, the Football Association replaced Latif Adaari with Jones Akubiem for Medeama's match against Kotoko in Tarkwa.
