MATCH REPORT: Kotoko 2-0 Ebusua Dwarfs — Porcupine Warriors whip Dwarfs to return to winning ways

Coach Maxwell Konadu's charges have returned to winning ways after whipping Ebusua Dwarfs in their week five of the ongoing Ghana Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Asante Kotoko recorded a 2-0 home victory over the Crabs lads at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors were dangerous in the first department but failed to find the back of the net.
Asante Kotoko were awarded a penalty kick on the 14th minute after Christopher Nettey was impended by the Dwarfs defenders in the 18-yard box
Songne Yacouba failed to register the opener for the home side from the spot as his strike was saved by goalkeeper Razak Issah.
Goalkeeper Razak Issah denied Naby Keita and Emmanuel Gyamfi from scoring with their attempts in the mid of the first half.
After the break, Coach Maxwell Konadu introduced Augustine Okrah and Richard Arthur to replace Emmanuel Gyamfi and Songne Yacouba respectively.
Dwarfs started the second half with an impressive output as Albert Hammond and Ishmael Antwi came close to fire the opener but they were denied by goalkeeper Kwame Baah.
Asante Kotoko added up numbers in attack with the introduction of Cudjoe Anim Matthew and Augustine Okrah and it paid off.
Matthew Anim Cudjoe found the net on the 83rd minute after Naby Laye Keita had done all the dummy work to send the ball inside the net which found the youngster to coolly slot home with aplomb.
Richard Arthur extended Asante Kotoko’s lead on the 86th minute with another excellent ball play from Naby Laye Keita who picked up from Okrah’s pass inside the box, curled the ball to beat the goalkeeper but Issa Razak pulls back for Richard Arthur to score.
