'Workaholic' Justice Blay wins Man of the Match in Kotoko away win over Hearts

The on-loan Medeama SC midfielder was adjudged the best player in Asante Kotoko away victory over Hearts of Oak on Sunday.

Asante Kotoko midfield dynamo Justice Blay was named the man of the match in their 2-1 away win over Hearts of Oak in their 2019/20 Ghana Premier League match-day six clash.

The 27-year-old marshalled the midfield for the Porcupine Warriors in their second away victory of the season.

He opened the floodgate for the Kumasi-based club with a powerful header on the 11th minute to end the first half in a 1-0 lead in favor of Kotoko.

Back from the break, Joseph Esso grabbed the equaliser for Hearts but a late penalty kick converted by Naby Keita handed the visitors all the needed points.

Blay has won won the NASCO man of the match award twice in the ongoing season
