Nkoranza Warriors duo arrive in Kumasi for Kotoko spell

The Porcupine Warriors have strengthened their squad two key players from Nkoranza Warriors for their 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.
Nkoranza Warriors duo Kwame Opoku and Emmanuel Sarkodie have arrived in Kumasi to begin a new chapter of their football career at Asante Kotoko.
Opoku joined the Kumasi based club on a three-year deal after undergoing a mandatory medical test at the club.
His debut appearances for the club in the suspended Ghanaian top-flight delayed following his late arrival at the club.
Opoku has been training with Coach Maxwell Konadu's side since February.
Sarkodie has also joined Asante Kotoko on a three-year deal from Nkoranza Warriors following his explosive performance in the second-tier league
He emerged as a top transfer target for most Ghana Premier League sides including Hearts of Oak, Legon Cities and Aduana Stars but he accepted a lucrative offer from the 'Kum Apem' lads.
He won eight Man of the match awards in 13 matches for Nkoranza Warriors with a goal and assist to his credit.
The two players are currently in Kumasi with hopes of making their debut appearances for Asante Kotoko when the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League return after the novel spread of the Coronavirus
