The Portuguese kit manufacturing company have shrugged off reports in the media suggesting that their contract with the Ghanaian giants will expire in few months.
Africa representative of Strike Portugal, Yusif Alhassan Chibsah has said that his outfit remains the official kits partners of Asante Kotoko until 2022.
Reports in the local media stated that Asante Kotoko contract with Portuguese kit manufacturing company Strike will be expiring in few months.
Also, the incoming Chief Executive Officer of the club, Nana Yaw Amponsah has reportedly made a presentation of three kits suppliers namely Adidas, Errea and Fitcom to the club's Board of Directors on Tuesday.
"Those stories about our contract with Asante Kotoko ending in few months are lies. We signed a three-year contract with Kotoko which commenced in October 2018," Chibsah told 
"We're the official kit partners of Asante Kotoko. Our contract with the club ends in 2022"
"The news circulating in the media on Asante Kotoko in talks for a new kit sponsorship deal is a total disrespect to our brand [Strike]. We are waiting for the club officials to clear the air on such news"
"We have not received any official communication from Kotoko as to the termination of any agreement." he concluded.
Strike has been kitting several clubs in Ghana including Liberty Professionals, Vision FC, Bechem United, Mountainers FC and Great Olympics.
Asante Kotoko announced their three-year partnership deal with STRIKE in October 2018.
