2019/2020 ASHANTI INTER-SCHOOL BOYS SOCCER COMPETITION: Okomfo Anokye 0-2 Okess - Female tactician Serwaa Bonsu defeats Okomfo Anokye in a battle

Okomfo Anokye have been defeated by Okess' female gaffer Serwaa Bonsu in the 2019/2020 Ashanti Regional Inter-School and College Boys Soccer competition on Tuesday.

Osei Kyeretwie inflicted 2-0 defeat on Okomfo Anokye in the second match of the round sixteen (16) stage of the competition at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
 
Herbert Addo and William Owusu strikes in the two halves ensured that Okess qualify to the last eight (8) of the ongoing soccer competition.
 
Okomfo Anokye came close for the opener but winger Blessing Ntim thunderbolt strike outside the box was denied by the woodwork.
 
Okomfo Anokye continued to dominate play and their perfect start was rewarded with a penalty in the first half after their forward was brought down in the box.
 
However, Blessing Ntim failed to put his side forward as his penalty struck the woodwork.
 
Okess grabbed the initiative from  then onwards and began to dominate possession.
 
Herbert Addo opened the score with a ferocious strike at the edge of the box as the first half ended 1-0 in favour of Okess.
 
William Addo extended Okess lead with a brilliant touch into an empty net.
 
Okomfo Anokye mounted immense pressure for a consolation but a resolute defense ensured their goalkeeper keeps a clean sheet.
 
Okess will meet Sakafia in the quarter-finals of the Ashanti Regional Inter-School and College Boys Soccer competition on Thursday.
