The promising teenager is set to undergo a trial at the Belgian top-flight side and could be handed a deal if he proves his mettle in his assessment session

Dutch-born Ghanaian teenager Dennis Gyamfi is due for trials at Belgian Jupiler Pro League club Cercle Brugge.

The talented budding star, who was promoted to the Leicester City first team this summer, failed to renew his contract with the former Premier League champions following the expiration of his contract in June.

According to Belgium Newspaper HLNCercle Brugge could win the race for the signature of the talented 18-year-old right-back should he elevate himself in his trials this week.

Top European clubs including Arsenal, Manchester United, Rangers and Schalke 04 are all currently on the heels of the Ghanaian prospect fullback in the ongoing transfer window.

Joining an elite division side for a regular football action now seems the top most priority for Gyamfi and a move to the Belgian top-flight looks likely as he is set for trials at Cercle Brugge this coming days.

The budding talent made 9 league appearances for the Leicester City U18 during the 2019/20 football season.

Having born to Ghanaian parents in Holland, Gyamfi is still eligible to play for Ghana, England and Netherlands at the international stage.
