The Bulgarian top-flight league side have announced the signing of the 27-year-old attacker on a free transfer.
Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Elvis Manu has completed his switch to PFC Ludogorets Razgrad in the ongoing summer transfer window.
Manu signed a contract with the Green and White lads after passing a mandatory medical on Sunday.
He becomes the second Ghanaian footballer to join the Bulgarian giants after Bernard Tekpetey who joined them on a loan from German side Schalke 04.
Manu has previously featured for Feyenoord, Cambuur, Excelsior, Brighton and Hove Albion, Huddersfield Town, Go Ahead Eagles, Akhisar Belediespor, Peking Rene among others.
He is still eligible to represent Ghana despite playing for Holland at the U21 level.
