Ghana's Danny Amankwaa keen on Randers FC deal Featured

The former FC Copenhagen flanksman has revealed his avidness to secure himself a deal with the Cepheus Park Randers outfit having begun his trial sessions with them this week

Ghanaian international winger Danny Kwasi Amankwaa says he is hungry to play football again and hopes to do so with Danish top-flight side Randers FC in the ongoing 3F Superligaen campaign.

The 26-year-old, who started his trials with the Randers-based club on Monday, has revealed his eagerness to clinch himself a permanent deal with the former League champions.

The talented bulky flanskman has been unattached since ending his contract with fellow top division side SonderjyskE last season.

 Having begun his trial sessions, the widesman has implored the technical handlers of the ''Horses'' not to focus on his phyical condition to take a decision on his assessment as he sounds confident of recouping his strength whiles looking forward to proving his mettle with their charges this term.

''I am very hungry to play football again, and I hope to have the opportunity to do so here in Randers FC,'' the 26-year-old told Newspaper Amtsavis

''Even though my physical shape is not top notch, I hope that they will notice the other things I can, and then you know that the physical part quickly comes with when you start training with a team of daily basis.''

The former Heart of Midlothian FC man has so far played 82 league games in the Danish 3F Superlig, scoring 2 goals and providing 9 assists since bursting onto the scene in Demark.

The Oagaer-born versatile widesman is still eligible to play for Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars despite featuring for the Denmark youth sides.
