The 26-year-old flanksman has failed to make the grade in his one week trial sessions with the Cepheus Park Randers outfit and must now look elswhere for another opportunity

Danish-born Ghanaian winger Danny Kwasi Amankwaa has failed Randers FC trials, according to sporting director Soren Pedersen.

The former FC Copenhagen widesman was handed a one-week trials by the ''Horses'' and has now failed to seize the opportunity in securing himself a deal following his uninspiring performances during his assessment sessions.

Sporting director Soren Pedersen has stated that his outfit will not be offering a contract to the bulky winger as he could not meet their standard for the attacking options at the flanks having made an attempt to beef up their ranks with his acquisition this summer.

''There will be no agreement with Danny Amankwaa this time. He has done really well and developed a lot in the time he has been here, but we still think it was too far to his previous level,''  Pedersen told

''We can easily see what he can and maybe can get back to, but the road there is too long in relation to what we need now.''

The former Heart of Midlothian FC man has so far played 82 league games in the Danish 3F Superlig, scoring 2 goals and providing 9 assists since bursting onto the scene in Demark.

The Oagaer-born versatile widesman is still eligible to play for Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars despite featuring for the Denmark youth sides.
